Why, indeed?

Last night our neighbors stopped by with their twin girls (5 years old) to deliver the cinnamon rolls and cookie dough Justin had ordered from their fundraiser (the man loves some pastries!).

One of the girls said,

"Why doesn't Mr. Justin live here with you anymore?"

::big, huge sigh::

You missed your opportunity to play a joke on your husband. You could have told those kids all kinds of stuff and then just sat back and watched when Mr. Justin finally gets home. He would be going crazy trying to figure out why these little girls were shooting dirty looks at him all the time! But I guess that would be too mean huh? Hee Hee! Hope the last few days go by fast.

Sounds like Justin is going to make it home just in time! Who knows what the neighborhood would be saying in a couple of weeks. I hope you have a joy-filled reunion!

{{}}You're in my prayers...
btw, Levi is one of our favorite names and we didn't use it! I'm going to enjoy typing his name on your blog. (the Levites were the worshippers!)

Jenn, I have been thinking about you so much. I love you, and I really miss you. I'm sorry I haven't been able to call. Remember the insanity of high school? Well, I'm working on a Saturday if that tells you anything... but since Dave is still working 70+ hours a week it's better than sitting around missing him. I know even that is nothing compared to what you are feeling! I continue to pray that God will comfort you and send special blessings into your days to help the time apart pass more quickly. I love you.

Isn't it funny how kids pick up on things that we don't think of?
