Wedding Picture

When I posted about our anniversary, someone wanted to see a wedding picture. Our scanner is not working (because I can't find the power cord!), but I was looking through some pictures on the computer and found one we already had scanned (don't remember doing that). So, here it is...

*what you can't see if the HUGE fever blister I was sporting on my wedding day. I woke up with my upper lip swollen about an inch out from my face. You can imagine the panic that set in seeing that my face would be captured in many pictures that day. But, the swelling went down (thanks to a LOT of ice) and you couldn't even tell since it was hidden by my lipstick. :-)

Great picture ... and I love your fall picture at the top. I've been meaning to change mine out for something like that! :)

The thing that jumped out at me is how happy you both look. What a beautiful wedding photo.

And the fever blister sounds like every bride's worst nightmare. But really, it didn't show.

Jenn, that is a beautiful, beautiful picture! Thanks so much for sharing that with us. You both look so happy.

And you can't even see the fever blister! I have some horror stories from my wedding day too. *Sigh* What's a wedding without a little drama?!

Gorgeous! My sister-in-law had a botched wax job on her upper lip the day before her wedding. After A LOT of playing around with makeup she was able to hide it perfectly, but isn't it wonderful how that kind of thing happens at the most inopportune times?
