Mel, The Amazing Shrinking Mom, posted this on her blog and I had to put it here too. Luckily as I was reading this I was eating cottage cheese and a peach for lunch. Whew! And to think I could have been eating Marie Callender's Herb Roasted Chicken with Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli Florets & Carrots (as they say, "You'd never guess that the "Complete Dinner" has 530 calories, 12 grams of saturated fat, and 1,270 mg of sodium"). YIKES!!!
