Green Chile Quiche

Barb wanted this recipe, so I thought I would just post it. It really couldn't be any easier! :-)

Green Chile Quiche

4 eggs, beaten
1 can chopped green chiles
1-2 cups shredded cheese (I used cheddar jack)

Mix together. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes.

That's it! :-)

You can pretty much add whatever you like to the eggs for your own special quiche. Last night was my second time making it and before I started making them, I never knew quiche was so simple .

And here's the pie crust recipe I used if anyone wants it. Again, it's called "Super Easy Pie Crust." If I can make it, anyone can! I started making my own because I have all the ingredients on hand (flour, oil, milk) and usually forget to buy them at the store.

Well, thank you, AggieJenn! How simple is that? Thank you for posting this. What a simple dinner but I know my hubby will love it.

The quiche sounds great. I'll have to try the pie crust. I'm not sure I believe you. I'm horrible at pie.
